Three different appetizer plates — one vegan, one vegetarian, and one decidedly neither of those. I can accomodate everyone in my kitchen.
From top to bottom:
Crostini di bietoline (beet greens crostini)
Crostini di fegatini (chicken liver crostini)
Ceci e pomodoro bruschetta (chickpea and heirloom tomato bruschetta)
The bottom pic was taken last July, by the way.
